Szechwan Style Chicken Recipe

  1. Cut chicken into strips.
  2. Combine teriyaki and stir sauces and cornstarch, set aside.
  3. In a wok or possibly frying pan, stir-fry onion and bok choy in one Tbsp.
  4. warm oil for 2 min.
  5. Add in broccoli and red pepper; stir-fry 2 min.
  6. Remove from wok.
  7. Stir-fry chicken half at a time, in one Tbsp.
  8. of oil for 2 min.
  9. Add in more oil if necessary.
  10. Return all vegetables; heat through.
  11. Makes 6 servings.
