Sparkling Blue Velvet Cupcakes

  1. Heat oven to 350F.
  2. Prepare cake batter and bake as directed on package for 24 cupcakes, blending dry pudding mix, cocoa powder and food colours into batter before spooning into prepared cups.
  3. Cool cupcakes in pans 10 min.
  4. ; remove from pans to wire racks.
  5. Cool completely.
  6. Pipe or spread Cool Whip onto cupcakes.
  7. Garnish half the cupcakes with blueberries and remaining cupcakes with candy.
