Party Meatballs

  1. Mix together the ground beef, sausage, onion, parsley and crumbs.
  2. Beat egg with spices; add to meat mixture.
  3. Mix well. Shape into meatballs.
  4. You can make them whatever size you prefer. Usually 1-inch size meatballs work best! Brown meatballs in the oil; drain on paper towel.
  5. Add flour to oil that has meat residue in it.
  6. It makes it taste better!!!
  7. Brown flour until you get a light brown paste.
  8. Add can of soup and broth to make a gravy. Add your meatballs; simmer for about 10 minutes.
  9. Stir in sour cream; keep warm.
  10. Makes about 60 meatballs.
