Wheat Soy Sesame Bread Recipe

  1. Dissolve yeast in hot stock and add in remaining ingredients.
  2. Knead till smooth and elastic on a floured board.
  3. Put dough in a large oil bowl and let rise (in a hot place) till doubled in volume (about 1 1/2 hrs).
  4. Punch down and knead a few min, adding flour as needed.
  5. Shape into 2 loaves and put into oiled pans.
  6. Let rise again till nearly doubled, 1 hour, and bake in preheated 350 degree oven for about 30 min.
