Wheat Soy Sesame Bread Recipe
- 2 Packages or possibly 3 tbsp. baking yeast
- 2 c. seasoned broth or possibly water (hot)
- 1/4 c. oil
- 1/4 c. honey
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 c. grnd sesame seeds
- 1/2 c. soy flour
- 4-5 c. whole wheat flour
- Dissolve yeast in hot stock and add in remaining ingredients.
- Knead till smooth and elastic on a floured board.
- Put dough in a large oil bowl and let rise (in a hot place) till doubled in volume (about 1 1/2 hrs).
- Punch down and knead a few min, adding flour as needed.
- Shape into 2 loaves and put into oiled pans.
- Let rise again till nearly doubled, 1 hour, and bake in preheated 350 degree oven for about 30 min.
