Molten Chocolate Surprise

  1. Preheat oven to 400F
  2. Microwave chocolate and butter in large microwaveable bowl on HIGH 2 minute or until butter is melted.
  3. Stir with wire whisk until chocolate is completely melted.
  4. Mix whole eggs, egg yolks, sugar and flour until well blended.
  5. Gradually add to chocolate mixture, beating constantly until well blended.
  6. Line 12 medium muffin cups with paper liners; spray with cooking spray.
  7. Place 1 cookie, upside down, in bottom of each cup.
  8. Spoon batter evenly over cookies, adding about 1/4 cup of the batter to each cup.
  9. Bake about 13 minute or until cakes are firm around edges but soft in the centers.
  10. Remove from oven; let stand 1 minute
  11. Carefully remove cakes from muffin pan.
  12. Invert onto dessert dishes; remove paper liners.
  13. Top evenly with the whipped topping just before serving.
