Marilyn's Beef Stroganoff Recipe
- 1 can Campbell's beef broth
- 1 sm. garlic clove, chopped
- 1 1/2 lbs. sliced round steak
- 1/4 c. flour
- Dash of pepper
- 1/4 c. butter
- 1 c. (4 ounce.) sliced mushrooms, liquid removed
- 1/2 c. onion, minced
- 1 c. lowfat sour cream
- 3 c. noodles, cooked
- Cut meat into thin strips.
- Dust with flour and dash of pepper.
- In large skillet, brown meat in butter.
- Add in can of mushrooms, onion and garlic.
- Brown lightly.
- Stir in beef broth.
- Cover and cook for one hour or possibly till meat is tender.
- Stir now and then.
- Gradually stir in the lowfat sour cream.
- Cook over low heat for 5 min.
- Serve over cooked noodles.
