Sour Cream Coffee Cake Recipe
- 1 Duncan Hines yellow cake mix
- 1 instant vanilla pudding (3 1/2 ounce.)
- 4 Large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 3/4 c. water
- 1/4 c. oil
- 1 c. (8 ounce.) lowfat sour cream
- Grease Bundt pan and sprinkle about 1/3 of filling mix in bottom of pan.
- In large mixing bowl, combine cake mix, pudding, Large eggs, lowfat sour cream, vanilla and oil.
- Mix well with electric beater.
- Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 50 min.
- Cold in pan 15 min.
- Turn out on rack and cold completely.
