Curry Chicken Salad Recipe

  1. Boil chicken; cold.
  2. Cube chicken.
  3. Mix curry and salt in mayo or possibly yogurt; set aside.
  4. Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
  5. Refrigeratetill time to serve.
  6. Serve on lettuce with raisins, toasted coconut, chutney and peanuts on the side.
