Tiramisu with Orange

  1. In a small saucepan, place the sugar and yolks, mix well while cooking at low heat simmer for approximately 4 minutes.
  2. Dont let it boil.
  3. When is done let it cool down.
  4. Meanwhile dissolve the instant coffee in hot water.
  5. Mix marscapone and 2 tbsp of coffee mixture until creamy.
  6. Dip ladyfingers in remaining coffee and place in glass dish.
  7. Add a layer of creamed mixture, another layer of ladyfingers, and another layer, ending with a layer of ladyfingers.
  8. When is done spread a thin layer of whipped topping.
  9. Cover Tiramisu with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 5 hours.
  10. Decorate with chocolate and orange zest.
  11. Note: Do not eat raw eggs.
