'taco' Hot Dogs

• 13 cup hot chili sauce
• 1 teaspoon minced hot chili peppers or 14 teaspoon red pepper sauce
• 5 hot dogs
• 5 hot dog buns, toasted
• 23 cup lettuce, shredded
• 13 cup cheddar cheese, shredded

1. Combine chili sauce and chili pepper.
2. Cook hot dogs in boiling water; reduce heat.
3. Cover & simmer 5-8 minutes.
4. Place hot dogs on toasted buns.
5. Spoon chili sauce mixture over hot dogs.
6. Top with shredded lettuce and cheese.
