Pumpkin Brownies with Cream Cheese Frosting
- 1 15 oz can pumkin
- 1 cup Vegetable oil
- 4 Eggs
- 2 cup granulated sugar
- 2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp Baking Soda
- 1 tsp Baking Powder
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1 stick unsalted butter
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 1 cup Confectioners sugar
- Preheat oven 350
- Add eggs, oil, granulated sugar and pumpkin to a bowl and beat
- Stir in flour, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon and salt
- Pour into dish (I used 9x13)
- Bake 30 minutes
- For frosting
- Soften cream cheese and butter in a medium bowl and mix together then add confectioners sugar and vanilla
