Chocolate-Cherry Cookie Pizza

  1. Heat oven to 400F.
  2. Mix flour and baking powder.
  3. Beat butter in large bowl with mixer until creamy.
  4. Gradually add sugar then 1 pkg.
  5. dry gelatin mix, beating after each addition until light and fluffy.
  6. Blend in egg and vanilla.
  7. Gradually beat in flour mixture; press onto bottom of 12-inch pizza pan.
  8. Bake 15 to 17 min.
  9. or until edge is golden brown.
  10. Cool completely.
  11. Meanwhile, add boiling water to remaining gelatin mix in large bowl; stir 2 min.
  12. until completely dissolved.
  13. Stir in cold water.
  14. Whisk in COOL WHIP.
  15. Refrigerate 15 to 20 min.
  16. or until mixture is very thick.
  17. Melt chocolate as directed on package.
  18. Spread COOL WHIP mixture over crust; top with pie filling.
  19. Drizzle with chocolate.
