Fruity Pancakes

  1. Heat lightly greased skillet on medium-low heat or lightly greased electric griddle to 375F.
  2. Prepare pancake batter as directed on package using the 1 cup pancake mix.
  3. Add cereal and sugar; mix well.
  4. Ladle batter into prepared skillet, using 1/4 cup batter for each pancake.
  5. Cook until bubbles form on tops, then turn over to brown other sides.
  6. Serve with the strawberries.
