Baked Fruit

  1. Preheat oven to 200C.
  2. Place fruit in a baking tray with the cinnamon, orange juice.
  3. Cover with honey and sprinkle brown sugar.
  4. Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
  5. Serve with yoghurt, ice cream or custard.
