Vegetable Dish Recipe

  1. Thaw and drain frzn vegetables.
  2. Combine vegetables and 1/2 c. of cheese, lowfat sour cream, pepper and 1/2 of a can of onion rings.
  3. Put into 2 qt casserole and cover.
  4. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 min.
  5. Top with remaining cheese and onion rings.
  6. Bake uncovered for 5 min.
