Olive Tapenade
- 1 cup Pitted Black Olives
- 1/2 cups Pitted Green Olives
- 1/2 cups Pitted Kalamata Olives
- 1 Tablespoon Capers
- 1/4 cups Sun Dried Tomatoes
- 1/4 cups Flat Leaf Parsley
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 1 whole Lemon, Juiced
- 1/4 teaspoons Black Pepper
- 2 Tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- Combine all ingredients in the bowl of a food processor and pulse till coarsely chopped.
- Adjust the amount of any ingredient according to your taste.
- Serve with chips or crackers, or atop grilled chicken or fish.
- Enjoy!
