Tropical Mousse
- 1-1/2 cups chilled orange juice
- 1-1/2 cups chilled pineapple juice
- 1-1/2 cups cold milk
- 3-1/2 cups JELL-O Vanilla Whip N Chill Mousse
- 3 cups canned crushed pineapple, drained
- 1-1/2 cups canned mandarin orange segments, drained
- 2 cups Hulled quartered fresh strawberries Safeway 1 lb For $3.99 thru 02/09
- 1-1/2 cups kiwi, peeled, quartered
- Place juices, milk and mousse mix in large bowl of electric mixer fitted with wire whip attachment.
- Beat on low speed 15 seconds or until just moistened; scrape bowl.
- Beat on medium speed 5 to 8 minutes or until light and fluffy.
- Toss fruits in large bowl.
- Scoop or pipe 1/2 cup of the mousse mixture into each of 32 dessert dishes (or 4 dessert dishes for trial recipe).
- Spoon 1/4 cup of the fruit mixture over mousse mixture in each dish.
- Refrigerate until ready to serve.
