Noodles and Apples Stroganoff

  1. Cook noodles in water until semi-tender (al dente); set aside.
  2. Mix milk, heavy cream and egg.
  3. In a rectangular pan, layer liquid mixture, noodles, apples consecutively and repeatedly until it fills to top.
  4. Mix (quantities to taste) cinnamon and brown sugar and
  5. Sprinkle on top of noodle casserole.
  6. Bake in 350 degree (175 C.) oven for about 20 minutes.
