Plum Chicken With Snow Peas

  1. Crumble chicken stock in the water heated up and stir.
  2. Stir fry half the chicken for 2 minutes.
  3. move to a bowl and repeat with the other half.
  4. Drain any fat in the wok, stir fry onion and garlic for 2 minutes.
  5. Add stock, jam, soy sauce and 5 spice.
  6. Stir fry for 2 miuntes or until boiling.
  7. Return the chicken to the wok.
  8. Add the snow peas and cook for a further two minutes, or until hot.
