OREO Ice Cream Pie

  1. Use food processor or blender to finely crush 18 cookies; mix with butter.
  2. Press onto bottom and up side of 9-inch pie plate.
  3. Use knife to coarsely chop remaining cookies; mix with ice cream.
  4. Spoon into crust; cover with COOL WHIP.
  5. Freeze 4 hours or until firm.
  6. Slice mango when ready to serve pie; arrange on pie.
  7. Garnish with mint.
