Easy French
- 1 12 cups water
- 3 14 cups white bread flour
- 1 12 tablespoons sugar
- 1 12 teaspoons salt
- 2 teaspoons fast rise yeast or 3 teaspoons active dry yeast
- Load ingredients into your machine in the order given.
- Reset the machine after the first knead for the crispy crust of french bread.
- Bake using the regular or rapid bake cycle.
