Peaches 'n Cream Cups

  1. Beat cream cheese, sugar and vanilla in large bowl with mixer until well blended.
  2. Gently stir in COOL WHIP.
  3. Scoop out pulp from peach halves, leaving 1/8-inch-thick shells.
  4. Chop pulp.
  5. Add to cream cheese mixture; mix well.
  6. Spoon into peach shells.
