Frozen Chocolate Mousse Cake
- 1 qt. OREO Pieces-Small, divided
- 1 pkg. JELL-O Brand Cheesecake Filling Mix
- 3 qt. milk
- 2 cups BAKER'S Semi-Sweet Chocolate, melted, slightly cooled
- 3 qt. Prepared DREAM WHIP Whipped Topping
- Sprinkle 1/2 cup of the OREO Pieces onto bottom of each of 4 (9-inch) springform pans (or 1 springform pan for trial recipe).
- Prepare cheesecake filling with milk as directed on package.
- Blend in melted chocolate.
- Fold in whipped topping.
- Spread about 3 cups of the cheesecake filling over crumbs in each pan; top with layers of 1/2 cup of the remaining OREO Pieces and remaining 1 cup cheesecake filling.
- Cover.
- Freeze 2 to 3 hours or until firm.
