Avocado Hummus
- 15 oz can of chick peas drained
- 2 avocados peeled and pitted
- 3 tbsp olive oil, extra virgin plus 1 tbsp for topping
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 4 tbsp fresh lime juice
- 2 -3 tbsp fresh cilantro
- 1 tsp chopped garlic
- 1/2 tsp ground cumin
- 1 salt and pepper to taste
- 1 red pepper flakes for topping
- 1 pita bread, pita chips, tortillas, pretzels or assorted veggies for dipping
- Place all ingredients except olive oil and red pepper flakes for topping in a food processor and cream all ingredients until really smooth.
- Drizzle reserved 1 tbsp olive and sprinkle with red pepper flakes.
