Gingerbread Marshmallow Brownie Man
- 1 pkg. (4 oz.) BAKER'S Unsweetened Chocolate
- 3/4 cup butter or margarine
- 2 cups sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 cup flour
- 1 cup coarsely chopped PLANTERS Pecans
- cooking spray
- 1 pkg. (4 oz.) BAKER'S White Chocolate
- 1 pkg. (10 oz.) JET-PUFFED GINGERBREAD MALLOWS Marshmallow
- 1/2 cup decorative candies or large sprinkles/chocolates
- Preheat oven to 350 F. Prepare gingerbread man pan with cooking spray.
- Set aside.
- Microwave chocolate and butter in large microwaveable bowl on HIGH for 2 minutes.
- Remove from microwave and still until mixture is completely incorporated.
- Stir in sugar.
- Blend in eggs and vanilla.
- Add flour and pecans.
- Stir mixture until it's all blended together.
- Pour into prepared pan.
- Bake in middle rack for 20 minutes.
- Carefully remove pan from oven.
- Top all over with Gingerbread Mallows.
- Remember the marshmallows will puff up with heat so no need to place them tight up against each other or all the way to the edge of the pan.
- Place pan back in the oven and bake for an additional five minutes.
- Set pan aside and let brownie cool for one hour prior to decorating.
- Snap white chocolate into large chunks and place in a zip-top plastic bag.
- Heat in microwave on HIGH for 30 seconds, take out the bag, massage the chocolate in the bag with fingers a few times and place back in the microwave.
- Heat for an additional 30 seconds.
- Using kitchen shears, snip a small hole on any bottom corner of the bag.
- This will be your decorating bag.
- Gently, squeeze out the chocolate onto the gingerbread man to decorate his arms, legs, buttons, bow and face.
- Finish with decorative candies or chocolates.
- Have fun with it!
