Pizza Cookie

• 11 -ounce package refrigerated sugar cookie dough
• 1/2 cup strawberry preserves
• Strawberry fruit jerky, cut into 1-inch diameter "pepperoni" rounds
• 1/2 cup shredded white chocolate

1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
2. Roll cookie dough into a ball.
3. Roll ball out on a lightly floured surface into a 12 to 14-inch circle.
4. Transfer circle to a baking sheet and bake 10 to 12 minutes, until golden brown.
5. Remove from oven and top with preserves, strawberry "pepperoni" and white chocolate.
