Roasted brussel sprouts and potatoes

  1. Preheat oven to 400F
  2. In a bowl mix
  3. Make sure before you add the potatoes they are chopped.
  4. Also make sure the peppers are too
  5. Make sure everything is throughly mixed than place evenly on a baking sheet
  6. It takes 40 minutes for it to cook through.
  7. Or until the potatoes are golden brown and cooked

sweet peppers, brussel sprouts, potatoes, olive oil, salt, italian seasoning, onion powder
