Grilled Chicken With Fruit Salsa
- 2 large oranges, peeled, sectioned and chopped (1 cup)
- 1 cup chopped fresh or canned pineapple
- 1/4 cup finely chopped red onion
- 2 Tbsp. lime juice
- 1 Tbsp. chopped cilantro or parsley
- 1 small jalapeno pepper, seeded and finely chopped
- 8 (4 oz.) boneless skinless chicken breasts
- Mix oranges, pineapple, onion, lime juice, cilantro or parsley and jalapeno in medium bowl.
- Cover; refrigerate until serving time.
- Grill or broil chicken over medium heat for 6 minutes on each side or until done.
- Slice chicken; serve topped with 1/4 cup prepared salsa.
