Oreo and Berry Trifle

  1. Place the Oreo* biscuits into the base of a 2 litre serving bowl.
  2. Top with the berries and drizzle with the liqueur.
  3. Combine the Philly* with the sugar, vanilla and egg yolks.
  4. Beat the egg whites until stiff then gently fold through the Philly* mixture.
  5. Pour over the biscuits and fruit.
  6. Chill overnight then sprinkle with drinking chocolate before serving.
