PHILADELPHIA 3-STEP White Chocolate Cheesecake

  1. Preheat oven to 350F.
  2. Beat cream cheese, sugar and vanilla in large bowl with electric mixer on medium speed until well blended.
  3. Add eggs; mix just until blended.
  4. Stir in half of the white chocolate.
  5. Pour into crust.
  6. Sprinkle with remaining white chocolate.
  7. Bake 35 minutes or until center is almost set.
  8. Cool.
  9. Refrigerate 3 hours or overnight.
  10. Top with almonds just before serving.
  11. Store leftover cheesecake in refrigerator.
