Little Red Bike Cafe's Pulled Pork

  1. 1 nice, healthy pork butt.
  2. Rub w/ pepper, paprika, mustard, coffee, ginger, sugar, salt.
  3. Cover, let sit in fridge overnight.
  4. Remove next day, allow to rest @ room temp for 2 hours,
  5. place in crock pot.

  7. Top roast w/ garlic and sliced onions.

  9. Pour in one bottle of ginger beer.
  10. Cover, set crock pot on low 12 hours and cook.

  12. After 12 hours, remove remaining fat, shred, return to pot along w/bottle of BBQ sauce and cook 4 more hours.
  13. Place on buns w/slaw & enjoy.
