Chicken & Swiss Plantain Sandwich

  1. Heat oil in medium skillet.
  2. Add plantains; cook 3 min.
  3. on each side or until lightly browned on both sides.
  4. Remove plantains from skillet, reserving oil in skillet.
  5. Drain plantains; flatten to 1/4-inch thickness.
  6. Return to skillet; cook 1 min.
  7. on each side or until golden brown on both sides.
  8. Drain.
  9. Mix dressing and garlic; spread onto cut sides of plantains.
  10. Fill 4 of the plantain halves with remaining ingredients.
  11. Top with remaining plantains.
