Veggies and chicken with cheese

  1. Boil chicken until done.
  2. Shred and set aside.
  3. Preheat skillet on eye while chopping veggies to your liking (it's different for everyone).
  4. Add olive oil and veggies to skillet and season to taste.
  5. I used a soul food seasoning.
  6. It's had all the spices listed premixed.
  7. I added extra garlic and black pepper.
  8. Cook veggies at medium heat until desired tenderness (20mins).
  9. Add chicken and additional seasoning.
  10. Cook for an additional 5 mins.
  11. Remove from heat, add cheese, and enjoy.
