JELL-O Triple Berry Dessert

  1. Beat cream cheese and sugar in large bowl with electric mixer on medium speed until well blended.
  2. Add lemon peel and juice; mix well.
  3. Gently stir in whipped topping.
  4. Set aside.
  5. Stir boiling water into dry gelatin in large bowl 2 minutes until completely dissolved.
  6. Add ice; stir until gelatin slightly thickened.
  7. Remove any unmelted ice.
  8. Add berries; mix well.
  9. Pour half of the gelatin mixture over cake.
  10. Spoon cream cheese filling evenly over gelatin layer.
  11. Top with remaining gelatin mixture.
  12. Refrigerate 1 hour or until set.
  13. Store leftover dessert in refrigerator.
