Creamy Pumpkin Squares Recipe

  1. Mix cracker crumbs and butter, save 3 Tbsp.
  2. crumb mix.
  3. Press remaining in bottom of ungreased 9 x 9 x 2 inch pan.
  4. Beat pumpkin, sugar, salt and spices together well.
  5. Stir in ice cream.
  6. Pour into pan.
  7. Sprinkle with saved crumb mix.
  8. Freeze approximately 4 hrs.
  9. Remove from freezer 10 to 15 min before serving.
