Beef Pockets Recipe
- 1 sm. pkg. beef tips
- 1 sm. onion
- 2 lg. potatoes
- 6 cans biscuits
- Salt
- Pepper
- Cut beef tips into bite-size pcs.
- Chop onion into small pcs.
- Chop potato into small pcs.
- Roll each biscuit out flat.
- Place 3 or possibly 4 pcs of meat on biscuit.
- Add in small amount of onion and potatoes.
- Salt and pepper.
- Fold over biscuit and seal edges.
- Place in baking pan and cover with foil.
- Bake in baking pan for 45 min at 350 degrees.
- Optional: Add in mixed vegetables or possibly Cheddar cheese.
- Great warm or possibly cool.
