Raspberry Holiday Gelatin Salad

  1. Heat one cup pomegranate juice to boiling.
  2. Pour over gelatin and stir until gelatin is completely dissolved.
  3. Add remaining juice.
  4. Refrigerate until soft-set, about 1 1/2 hours.
  5. Break up cranberry sauce with fork, and stir cranberry sauce and pineapple into gelatin.
  6. Pour into serving dishes or bowl.
  7. Refrigerate until firm.
  8. Top with whipped topping and pistachios.
