Orecchiette With Broccoli Rabe

  1. Cook pasta.
  2. Stir broccoli rabe into hot pasta water.
  3. Drain, reserving 1/2 cup liquid.
  4. Meanwhile heat oil and saute garlic.
  5. Pour over pasta and toss to coat.
  6. Add cooking liquid and salt and pepper to taste.
