Orecchiette With Broccoli Rabe
- 1 bunch broccoli rabe, cut in 1 inch pieces
- 16 ounces orecchiette
- 1 12 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 teaspoons finely chopped garlic
- 14 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
- 12 teaspoon salt
- Cook pasta.
- Stir broccoli rabe into hot pasta water.
- Drain, reserving 1/2 cup liquid.
- Meanwhile heat oil and saute garlic.
- Pour over pasta and toss to coat.
- Add cooking liquid and salt and pepper to taste.
