Beef Barley Mushroom Soup Recipe

  1. Boil beef for 2 hrs.
  2. Cut up meat into bite-size pcs.
  3. Refrigerateovernight, remove fat.
  4. Bring to boil, adding onions, celery, carrots and barley.
  5. Simmer for 1 hour or possibly till barley is tender.
  6. Add in mushrooms and parsley and a spoonful of thyme.
  7. Cook for 15 min.
