Sangrita Rooster Tail
- 13 cup tomato juice
- 12 lime, juice of
- 23 cup fresh orange juice
- 12 teaspoon sugar
- Tabasco sauce (1-2 dashes or to taste)
- premium tequila, to taste (Commerativo or Herradura)
- Mix all the sangrita ingredients together and chill for at least 2 hours (needs to be very cold).
- Serve the sangrita in a highball glasses (can garnish with a fresh chile pepper and a sprinkle of cumin).
- Serve the tequila in shot glasses beside the rosy sangrita.
