Kidney Bean and Orange Salad
- 2 cans (19 fl oz/540 mL each) kidney beans, drained, rinsed
- 2 medium tomatoes, chopped King Sooper's 1 lb For $0.99 thru 02/09
- 2 medium oranges, peeled, sectioned
- 1 medium green pepper, chopped
- 6 green onions, sliced
- 1/2 cup Kraft Zesty Italian Dressing
- 1/4 cup sliced almonds
- Combine beans, tomatoes, oranges, peppers and onions in large bowl.
- Add dressing; mix lightly.
- Cover.
- Refrigerate several hours or until chilled.
- Sprinkle with almonds just before serving.
