Pecan Pie
- 3/4 cup dark corn syrup
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 3 Tbsp. margarine
- 1 Tbsp. flour
- 1 cup pecan halves
- 1 unbaked 9-inch pastry shell
- 3 eggs, slightly beaten
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- COOL WHIP Whipped Topping, thawed
- Bring syrup, sugar, margarine and flour to boil in saucepan on medium heat.
- Boil gently 2 minutes, uncovered, stirring occasionally.
- Cool slightly.
- Place pecans in pastry shell.
- Mix eggs and vanilla in medium bowl.
- Gradually stir in cooled syrup mixture.
- Pour over pecans.
- Bake at 350F for 30 minutes or until knife inserted near center comes out clean.
- Serve with whipped topping.
