Italian-Style Marinated Chicken Meal
- 2/3 cup prepared GOOD SEASONS Italian Dressing Mix
- 8 small boneless skinless chicken breasts (2 lb.)
- 1 pkt. SHAKE 'N BAKE Italian Seasoned Coating Mix
- 4 cups hot cooked long grain and wild rice blend
- 6 cups hot cooked mixed vegetables King Sooper's 1 lb For $0.99 thru 02/09
- Preheat oven to 400F.
- Pour salad dressing over chicken in large resealable plastic bag; seal bag.
- Turn bag over several times to evenly coat chicken with the dressing.
- Refrigerate 30 min.
- to marinate.
- Remove chicken from marinade; discard marinade.
- Empty coating mix into shallow dish.
- Add chicken; turn to evenly coat both sides of each chicken breast with the coating mix.
- Place in aluminum foil-lined 15x10x1-inch baking pan.
- Bake 20 min.

- Serve with the rice and vegetables.
