Italian-Style Marinated Chicken Meal

  1. Preheat oven to 400F.
  2. Pour salad dressing over chicken in large resealable plastic bag; seal bag.
  3. Turn bag over several times to evenly coat chicken with the dressing.
  4. Refrigerate 30 min.
  5. to marinate.
  6. Remove chicken from marinade; discard marinade.
  7. Empty coating mix into shallow dish.
  8. Add chicken; turn to evenly coat both sides of each chicken breast with the coating mix.
  9. Place in aluminum foil-lined 15x10x1-inch baking pan.
  10. Bake 20 min.
  11. or until chicken is cooked through (170F).
  12. Serve with the rice and vegetables.
