Chili Burger With Sweet Potato Fries

  1. Heat oven to 425F.
  2. Grease 15x10x1-inch baking pan; set aside.
  3. Place melted butter into bowl; add sweet potatoes.
  4. Toss to coat.
  5. Add all remaining fries ingredients; toss to coat sweet potatoes.
  6. Arrange sweet potatoes in single layer on prepared pan.
  7. Bake 20-25 minutes, turning sweet potatoes once, until golden brown.
  8. Heat gas grill on medium or charcoal grill until coals are ash white.
  9. Combine ground beef, onion, chili sauce, pepper and salt in bowl; mix well.
  10. Form mixture into 4 (4-inch) patties.
  11. Place patties onto grill.
  12. Grill, turning once, 15-18 minutes or until internal temperature reaches at least 160F and meat is no longer pink in center.
  13. Top each burger with 1 slice cheese.
  14. Serve on hamburger buns, if desired.
