Sue Nutty Fudge Bars
- 2 13 cups vanilla protein powder
- 1 ounce unsweetened chocolate square
- 12 cup butter
- 4 ounces cream cheese
- 1 ounce chopped walnuts
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon natural-style peanut butter or 1 teaspoon no-sugar-added peanut butter
- 14 cup Splenda granular, sugar substitute
- Melt butter, cream cheese, peanut butter, and chocolate.
- Mix well.
- Add splenda and vanilla, mix well again.
- Now add nuts and portein powder and mix.
- Mix well so that the powder dissolves into the mixture.
- Place in baking pan, flatten and refrigerate, a rectangle casserole dish works well here.
- Cut into 8 bars.
