German Potato Salad

  1. Cook potatoes in boiling water 20 to 30 min.
  2. or just until tender; drain.
  3. Cool 10 min.
  4. Meanwhile, whisk next 3 ingredients until well blended.
  5. Heat oil in large skillet on medium heat.
  6. Add bacon and onions; cook and stir 4 min.
  7. or until onions are crisp-tender.
  8. Stir in flour, sugar and pepper.
  9. Gradually stir in dressing mixture.
  10. Cook 1 min.
  11. or until bubbly and thickened.
  12. Slice potatoes.
  13. Add to ingredients in skillet; cook 3 to 5 min.
  14. or until heated through, stirring frequently.
  15. Top with parsley.
