Salmon Parmesan Pasta
- 1 pkg. angel hair pasta
- 1 lg. can salmon
- Parmesan Sauce
- 2 tbsp. margarine
- butter
- 2 tbsp. all-purpose flour
- 1 dash pepper
- 1-1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- In a small saucepan melt margarine or butter.
- Stir in flour, salt and pepper.
- Add milk all at once.
- Cook and stir over medium heat till thick, stir 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese into cooked sauce till melted and bubbly.
- Cook pasta to pkg instructions, drain and set aside in a bowl.
- Cook and drain broccoli florets Drain can of salmon and break into bite sized chunks.
- Mix the broccoli, salmon and pasta in a bowl, mix in the parmesan sauce until pasta is fully coated.
- Serve with a salad.
