Salmon Parmesan Pasta

  1. In a small saucepan melt margarine or butter.
  2. Stir in flour, salt and pepper.
  3. Add milk all at once.
  4. Cook and stir over medium heat till thick, stir 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese into cooked sauce till melted and bubbly.
  5. Cook pasta to pkg instructions, drain and set aside in a bowl.
  6. Cook and drain broccoli florets Drain can of salmon and break into bite sized chunks.
  7. Mix the broccoli, salmon and pasta in a bowl, mix in the parmesan sauce until pasta is fully coated.
  8. Serve with a salad.
