Megans Chicken Fettuccine
- 12 ounces, weight Fettuccine Pasta
- 2 Tablespoons Butter
- 18 ounces, weight Chicken Breasts
- 8 ounces, weight Mushrooms, Sliced
- 1 Tablespoon Butter
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Salt
- 18 teaspoons Black Pepper
- 1- 1/2 cup Heavy Whipping Cream
- 1/4 cups Parmesan Cheese, Grated
- Bring a large pot of slightly salted water to a boil.
- Add fettuccine and cook for 8 minutes.
- While pasta is cooking, brown chicken and mushrooms with butter in large skillet.
- Add garlic salt, pepper and heavy cream.
- Cook until thick, stirring constantly.
- Combine with pasta and add cheese.
