One-Dish Pasta & Vegetables
- 1 12 cups uncooked corkscrew macaroni
- 2 medium carrots, sliced (about 1 cup)
- 1 cup broccoli floret
- 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can Campbell's cheddar cheese soup
- 12 cup milk
- 1 tablespoon prepared mustard
- In large saucepan prepare macaroni according to package directions.
- Add carrots and broccoli for last 5 minutes of cooking time.
- Drain.
- In same pan, mix soup, milk, mustard and macaroni mixture.
- Over medium heat, heat through, stirring often.
