Cheese, Cheese, Macaroni and Cheese and Ham and Cheese
- 1 cup elbow macaroni
- 14 cup unsalted butter
- 1 12 cups cooked ham, cubed
- 1 12 cups breadcrumbs
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 12 cup shredded swiss cheese
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 1 tablespoon dried onion flakes
- 14 teaspoon pepper
- paprika
- Cook the macaroni in a large saucepan according to package directions; drain.
- Add the butter; stir until melted.
- Stir in the remaining ingredients, except paprika.
- Pour into a lightly greased 2-quart shallow casserole dish; sprinkle paprika lightly over top.
- Bake at 350F for 40 minutes.
